Cancellation Policy
At New Moon Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your facial service, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or no-shows—will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost booked. This fee will be charged to the card on file or due before booking your next appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and commitment to all clients.
